General Terms

To initiate a return, email mattenge@chestercannabisco.com before sending anything back. Proof of purchase is required on all claims. Photo or video evidence must be submitted for any defect claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.

 

 

Canna Crisps & Gummies

Opened products are only eligible for return if a confirmed defect is present and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they arrive back to us in original, undamaged packaging.

Heat & Melt Policy: Our checkout prominently recommends Expedited Shipping for all edible orders. Customers who select Economy shipping assume full responsibility for any heat-related damage, melting, or softening during transit. These conditions do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

 

Disposable Vapes

Opened vapes are only eligible for return in the case of a confirmed manufacturer defect and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Unopened vapes may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Before submitting a return request, all customers must complete the troubleshooting steps outlined in our Device User Guide. The guide resolves the vast majority of reported issues.

The following are not covered under replacement:

  • Battery damage resulting from use of fast chargers, high-wattage adapters, or overcharging

  • Leaking caused by heat exposure (hot cars, direct sunlight) or improper storage

  • Coil damage from dry hits or consecutive draws without pausing

  • Clogs or restricted airflow addressable through the troubleshooting guide

  • Normal wear from extended use

 

 

Vape Chargers

Chester Cannabis Co. sells chargers specifically rated for our devices (5V/1A). Defective chargers are eligible for replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Use of an incompatible or third-party charger that results in device damage voids any vape replacement claim entirely, regardless of when the issue is reported.

 

 

THC Seltzers

Unopened seltzers may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened seltzers are not eligible for return.

 

 

Apparel & Merch

Unworn items with tags attached are eligible for return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Worn or washed items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:

  • Opened consumable products unless a confirmed defect is present

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or customer misuse

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Orders where heat damage occurred and Expedited Shipping was declined

 

 

Chester Cannabis Co. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions stated above. Policy is subject to change without notice.
